Fairy tales about a girl named Nuta

Once upon a time the was a very nice girl named Nuta. She was a great child, but she always had arguments with her parents. Her father and mother very really smart and wise, so they tried to find out an unusual solution for all family problems.

Nuta was a typical child, but her parents wanted to teach and bring her up in a specific way. Instead of punishing and shouting, they used other methods and tricks to make their sweet child listen to them and change her mind.

They were struggling with different difficulties, but thanks to their wisdom they came up with a good solution.

The story shows that traditional actions don’t work out, so parents, who really love their children and care about their health, should be patient and creative. It is really necessary to learn how to be wise parents.

Nuta was a very talented girl, so she used to paint the walls in her house. Of course, her parents did not want Nuta to do this. Instead of punishing the child for such bad behavior, they allowed her to draw on wallpaper in her room.

It was a great job to make Nuta eat something. On the one hand, she was a fussy eater, on the other hand, she was just a sweettooth, like most children. Instead of prohibiting, her parents came up with a great idea and persuaded Nuta to eat healthy food.

It was also a real trouble for poor parents to make their daughter sleep. But wise parents always work out great tricks. Nuta started to sleep tight and was happy.

These are a few examples of all challenges, which Nuta’s parents faced. Just because of being kind and loving parents, they found a compromise.

The main idea of the story is: love your children, be responsible for their future, let them love, live and create.

Accurate Nuta

Once upon a time there was a girl named Nuta. Her parents were very kind and smart, but they had really bad memory.

One day Nuta came back home after a long walk, put one of her gloves on the shelf, but left the other on the kitchen table. Her mother took the glove and put it back, on the shelf.

Nuta played dolls in the living room, ran suddenly into her bedroom to draw there, but forgot her doll on the floor. Her father lifted the doll and took it to the toy– bed.

But once something unusual happened: Nuta’s parents started to forget everything.

«Father, Nuta shouted, «Where is my doll? Why isn’t it in her bed?»

«Oh, sweetheart! I must have forgotten to put it into the right place», father tried to justify. «Excuse me, daughter!»

Nuta started to look for her doll, but she couln’t find it anywhere. Where was it?

«Father, I can’t find it, now it’s your turn to search».

«I can’t, I have to do some urgent work,» father answers, without looking at his daughter.

So, the doll disappeared forever…

Nuta and her mother were getting ready for a walk. They were already dressed, but just one glove was there, the other was nowhere to see.

«Mother, where did you put my glove», asked Nuta angrily.

«I didn’t put it anywhere. I forgot to look for it yesterday, so I didn’t put it on the shelf».

«You are so diffuse, mother! How shall I go out? Give me another pair of gloves.»

«I washed them all», mother replied, «they are wet».

«Should I put on just one now?» Nuta said annoyed. «My hand will become cold!»

«Keep your hand in the pocket», mother said.

«How will I play then?»

«So, you won’t play today».

They went for a walk just with one glove.

Next day Nuta put her gloves on the shelf and said to her mother:

«Listen, mother! You have to keep both gloves together, in order not to look for them later. You are such a scatterbrain!»

One evening Nuta was playing with her teddy in her father’s room, while he was working.

Her mother called her to watch cartoons, so Nuta ran head over heels into the living room, but suddenly she realized that she didn’t take her teddy.

«I forgot to put my teddy into the chair, I can’t find anything after you. The doll disappeared. You are such a scatterbrain!» told Nuta to his father.

In this way Nuta taught her parents to be accurate, and their memory improved.

How Nuta recovered

Once upon a time there was a girl named Nuta. She had very nice and smart parents, but they worried a lot.

«Nuta, you shouldn’t eat biscuits outside, you have dirty hands. You know, there are so many bacteria around you. Moreover, it’s a bad manner to eat outside.» her mother said.

«Nuta, please, put on your gloves, your hands will be cold. And don’t forget to take your scarf. You may get ill while walking from our house to the car.» father told Nuta.

«Go away from this boy», her parents said together, “ he is sneezing, you may get ill.»

Finally, Nuta became ill. Parents called the doctor and started to cure their daughter: with mustard plaster, pills and gargle. But Nuta didn’t recover. Her parents had to go to work, but they could’t leave Nuta on her own. So they had to call grandmother.

After arriving to the house, Nuta’s grandmother looked at the parents and said:

«I don’t know what you think, but I’ll take Nuta to my place. The situation is getting out of control, you are making her worse.»

Just because she was older than the others, everybody obeyed. Nuta and her grandmother got on the train, and her parents went to work.

In a week father and mother came to visit sick Nuta. They went into the house, but Nuta wasn’t inside. They got fear. Where was she? Maybe she was at hospital, and nobody told them?

They went outside and saw grandmother working in the garden and watering plants. And next to her was Nuta, jumping in puddles, barefoot, and singing a nice song:

«The sun helps me to grow,
The rain makes me grow».

Nuta’s face was dirty, but she looked so happy and healthy. With her dirty hands she was holding a cake and in some pauses in her singing she was chewing it with a great appetite.

So Nuta recovered, and her parents stopped worrying.

Hungry Nuta

Once upon a time there were father and mother and they had a daughter named Nuta. She was smart and beautiful, but very hungry. The reason was her character: she was a fussy eater and, all the time she was eating, she was very naughty.

One day her mother said: «Nuta, eat this tasty porridge with milk and raisins». But Nuta pushed the plate away and complained: «It’s disgusting, I don’t like porridge».

Father said: «So, sweetheart, eat then dumplings with meat, they are so delicious.» But Nuta refused to eat and started to cry: «I don’t like dumplings, eat them yourself.»

Parents asked: «Okey, what do you like? What do you want to eat?»

«I’d like some candies or cookies. I like sweets, you know!»

Parents thought how to make Nuta eat healty and tasty food and they came up with an idea.

One day they started to eat and mother asked her:

«Well, Nuta, you won’t eat, will you?»

«What do you mean? What are we going to eat?»

«We have disgusting lunch: mashed potatoes with meat.»

«Yucky!»

«That’s great! Then I’ll give your plate to father, and here is your candy».

After a long walk Nuta came home and shouted: «I want to eat.»

Father replied: «Your dinner is on the table.»

«But these are only sweets!» said Nuta surprised.

«Yes, you are right, but you like sweets. Our dinner was not tasty, yucky boiled buckwheat».

So Nuta ate sweets, but she was still hungry.

«Please, give me something to eat, but only real food!»

«What’s the matter? What’s wrong with your food?» parents pretended to be surprised. «That’s all you like. We have nothing else for you.»

«What? You don’t have anything? Look here!» Nuta ran to the fridge, opened it and pointed with her finger: «Look! There is some milk, meat, porridge.»

«But you don’t like it, answered Nuta’s parents without standing up from the sofa.»

«Okey, well! Then I’ll take it myself!»

«Yes, but don’t touch my porridge!» remarked her mother.

«So, what should I eat then?» said Nuta unhappy. «I am just starving».

«Well», agreed her father, «take a half of my cutlet».

«Sure», added her mother, «take a few spoons of my porridge.»

So became Nuta a smart girl with a brilliant appetite thanks to her wise parents.

Nuta as a painter

Once upon a time there was a girl named Nuta. She had very kind and nice parents, but the thing was that they didn’t like painting.

Nuta used to draw spoons, forks, plates and cups on the kitchen – door, as if they were real, but her mother got angry all the time:

– You spoilt the door, why?

Nuta wanted to make a surprise for her father and drew a cat named Vasiliy on his desk. But father said angrily:

– Who drew this stupid cat?

Nuta painted a bunch of flowers, right opposite the front door, on the wall paper, but parents got furious and punished her. Well, they didn’t have any sense of art.

Once Nuta was crying in the corner while her parents were speaking in the living-room angrily. After it father went to the shop and brought some new wall paper, as white as snow. They papered walls in Nuta’s bedroom. Nuta was so surprised that she apologized early than usually. She wanted to have a look at this white miracle. Her father gave her new crayons and said:

«You can paint your the walls yourself».

«What? Paint on the walls? With these crayons?»

«Yes, right on the walls».

«Really? And I can draw whatever I want to!?»

«Whatever you want!» greed her father. «But let’s have a deal: you will draw only in your bedroom.»

«I don’t need other rooms. I have so much place to draw here», said Nuta happily.

Since that day Nuta invited her parents into her bedroom to an art exhibition.

They started to love art, and Nuta’s father learned how to paper walls.

Nuta as a travellor

Once upon a time there was a girl named Nuta. She had very kind and nice parents, but they were so boring.

One day they decided to visit grandparents and went to another city by car.

At firs Nuta was very happy: Travelling was so exciting and adventurous for her.

After pressing on all buttons, checking all bags, stepping on her mother’s feet and hanging on her father’s neck, she felt bored.

«Well, I don’t want to travel, it’s so boring. Let me out», said the poor girl.

«Where are you going to go?» asked her mother.

«I’ll go home,» replied the girl.

«Alone? So far? Among cars?» asked her father surprised.

«Let’s go together», suggested Nuta at once.

«But what about grandparents? They baked cakes with jam, they bought some ice-cream…» said her mother disappointed.

Nuta frowned her face, closed her eyes with hands as if she was ready to cry.

– «Play with your Teddy», advised her father.

– “ I don’t want to. I’m fed up with playing».

– «Then look through the window, there are so many interesting things», suggested her mother.

– «There isn’t anything interesting, just trees and nothing else», complained annoyed girl.

– «And how many?» asked mother interested.

– “ How many? Many!»

– Nuta started to count.

One birch, two – birch,

I watch and watch.

Here comes an asp,

Look out! A wasp!

Just one pine-tree,

Oh, don’t disappear!

How many fir-trees:

One, two, three

I’m a bird! I’ll be free!

I can’t compose

It’s such a nonsense!

«Well, that’s it. There is nothing left to count, just a river and nothing else. I want us to arrive as fast as possible», shouted Nuta.

«If you want to, then rudder», suggested her mother.

«But I haven’t got a steering wheel. Father is ruddering».

«Here you are», said mother and gave Nuta a bread-ring. But shall we drive our own way. Let’s have a look who will be the first! Ready? What is our road like?

– It will be the sky! Said Nuta happily.

– Well, we are driving through the sky! Look there: do you see that big cloud? It looks like a Teddy.

– Now let’s turn on the right, to the Rabbit’s cloud, said Nuta.

– And now? Where shall we turn?

– To the sun! screamed Nuta.

– Oh, it’s boiling in here! Let’s go to the moon.

– Good idea! And now?

– Stop! Don’t hurry, we may see some moon-creatures…

– Where? Shouted Nuta.

– Look! They are over there, waving with their little hands.

_ Where? I don’t see them, Nuta said.

– Look at the window! Do you see grandmother and grandfather? They are waving with their hands! We are here!

– What? Have we already arrived? So soon? It means, you were the first who came? Said Nuta unhappily.

– No, we arrived together, at the same time!

– Hurray! Together!

Nuta ran to her grandparents to greet them.

So became Nuta and her parents happy travellors.

Nuta taught her parents how to count

Once upon a time there was a nice girl named Nuta. She had very kind and good parents, but the thing was: they couldn’t count properly.

Nuta liked sweets called «A clumsy Teddy Bear» and her parents prefered just «Teddy Bear».

One day her mother said: «Daughter, bring us „Teddy Bear“ one for each of us». So Nuta brought three sweets.

Then father said: «Nuta, bring us some more sweets, two for each of us».

She went to the kitchen, but didn’t come back for too long. Finally, she returned and started to share sweets. But she coldn’t do it right, all the time the number of sweets was odd. When she gave two sweets for her mother and two sweets for her father, there was just one left for her. When she took one more, then it was wrong, too.

So her mother and father asked the girl:

«How did you count, how many sweets you should take?»

«Two for my mother, two for my father and two for me, answered Nuta».

«Well, how much do you need?»

«Five»

«Well, then share them, but fair.»

«I can’t», said Nuta angrily.

«Well, give me two sweets, give your father two sweets as well, the rest is yours.»

«No, it’s not fair! Just one sweet for me», started Nuta crying.

«Why not fair?» asked her father surprised. «You took the wrong number, you shared them wrong, so it’s your fault. Just one sweet for you.»

«I’ll go to the kitchen and take one more sweet»

Nuta ran into the kitchen, but there were just toffees «Pussy-pussy». She took one toffee and ran back, to her parents.

«So, give me the „Teddy Bear“ – sweet and take this one toffee», said Nuta happily.

But her parents ate all sweets. Nuta felt hurt and went into her bedroom crying: «Eat this toffee yourself!»

Her father and mother ate «Pussy-pussy» as well, as if they didn’t notice that the child felt hurt.

«Who will bring us some apples?» mother asked.

But Nuta didn’t reply.

«So, I have to go and fetch them», father said. «But how many apples should I take? Well, two for mother and two for me, it will be four.»

Nuta couldn’t resist and shouted: «And two for me!»

«Well, four apples plus two apples for you will be five», was counting her father.

«No, that’s wrong! It will be six, not five! You can’t count at all! Four plus two equals six. Or you will get just one apple. You are counting wrong, you are sharing them wrong, too. So, you will get just one.»

«Oh, well! Then I’ll fetch six. I’m so happy to have such a smart daughter, who can count properly.»

So Nuta taught her parents how to count.

Scandalous Nuta

Once upon a time there were mother and father and they had a little daughter named Nuta. She was so smart and beautiful, but very scandalous. If there was something wrong, she said rude words.

One day her mother asked her:

«Nuta, why did you stain your dress so much?»

«It wasn’t me, it was a fool, a very bad boy.»

Father told her:

«It’s not good to say such rude words. Good girls don’t do this.»

«But he is so nasty, he splashed some mud on my dress, I threw a stone into him, and he ran home to tell about this case. Such a slander.»

«Oh, no! You threw stones and argued with him?» parents asked shocked.

But Nuta continued:

«Such a slander, such a meanie.

Liar, liar! Pants on fire!

See you later, alligator.

In a while crocodile.»

Parents were thinking about how to make Nuta stop to say rude words. And they came up with a good idea.

Nuta was getting dressed to go for a walk, and her mother said:

«Nuta, by all means try to hit Sasha with a stone, so that he fights back.»

«But he will hurt me», the girl complained.

«On the other hand he can miss, and you will be safe. He may just say to you:

Ginger – minger».

«I am not a «ginger– minger», Nuta said angrily.

«Ok, you are not a «ginger-minger», he may just say: «Don’t feel bad, don’t feel blue, Frankenstein was ugly, too».

«I am not ugly», Nuta started to cry.

But mother and father ignored her words.

«OK, you are not ugly, but madly, we just put it wrong».

«Why are you teasing me?» Nuta shouted.

«Really? parents asked surprised. «We thought, you like it. You told us that all your friends have nicknames:

Belinda – Mirinda, Santa – Fanta, Sam – Jam. We made up some new ones, just to help you».

Nuta laid down on the floor and started to jerk her legs.

«No, no, no! Stop teasing me! I hate it».

But mother and father went into another room and behaved as if nobody else was in the house, just them.

«It’s strange, maybe we know just a few words, let’s ask guys in our yard how they call Nuta».

Nuta stopped crying and ran fast to her parents.

«No, don’t ask them, these words are bad, don’t use them!»

«Sure?» mother and father asked surprised. «It’ s good that you helped us. We won’t say these words any more».

So Nuta became a polite child of very wise parents.

Shaggy Nuta

Once upon a time there were parents and they had a little daughter named Nuta. She was beautiful, smart, but shaggy. You ask why? Because she didn’t like to brush her hair.

One day her mother said: «Nuta, let me brush your hair. I’ll tie some beautiful bows!» Nuta ran into her bedroom and crawled under the bed.

Father said: «Sweetheart, do your hair, you look shaggy!» Nuta climbed into the wardrobe and hid behind the clothes.

Parents thought what to do with such a shaggy child and they came up with a good idea.

They stopped to brush Nuta’s hair and even threw away the hair brush. So the girl became happy.

One day Nuta’s parents bought a beautiful dress, with bows and frills, and they started to get dressed for a party.

«Mother», the girl shouted, «my had doesn’t suit this dress! It looks like a broom. Please, do my hair!»

«Sorry, sweetheart, I am busy! I am marceling my hair!» her mother replied.

«Father, please, brush my hair!» Nuta was begging.

«Sorry, I can’t. I am trimming my mustache, ” father answered.

«Listen, just tie a beautiful bow, it will be o’key. Who will look at your hair!? Everybody will stare at your dress! Look, how beautiful it is! Not like these bows and pigtails!»

Nuta tried to tie a bow, but it was horrible. It looked like a decorated broom instead of a Christmas tree.

She found her mother’s hair brush and started to comb her hair. But it didn’t work out that way. Because of the chewing gum it was difficult and so painful to brush the hair. But parents were hurrying her up: «Quickly! We are going to be late!»

Nuta burst into tears, fell on the sofa and started to stomp her feet, shouting like this: «I will not go with this broom on my head!»

She was shouting so long, but nobody calmed her down or brushed her hair. Father tied his bow-tie, mother took her bag and said to him:

«Let’s go! It’s bad to be late!»

«What? Are you going without me? Nuta asked angrily.

«You decided not to go», mother replied.

Suddenly Nuta took a hair brush, came up to her mother and whispered:

«Please! Brush my hair!»

Since that day Nuta started to brush her hair regularly. She even learned how to plait it.

So the girl became an accurate daughter of very smart parents.

Sleepless Nuta

Once upon a time there were mother and father and they had a very nice daughter named Nuta. She was a smart beautiful girl, but completely sleepless. She couldn’t stand sleeping.

One day her mother said: «Nuta, it’s time to sleep. It’s getting late.» But Nuta replied: «I want to eat».

Her father insisted: «Go to bed, sweetheart, you are sleepy.» But Nuta didn’t pay attention to father’s words: «I want to drink».

Mother and father tried to make Nuta sleep: «Dear, please, sleep, you’ll get headache.» But Nuta was sitting in her bed and wanted her parents to tell her a fairy-tale.

Parents were thinking about how to make Nuta sleep at regular time and they came up with an idea.

They stopped to take Nuta to bed. Mother and father started to watch TV every evening, then they drank some tea and went to sleep, without taking Nuta to bed.

Nuta was sitting on the sofa in the living-room and fell asleep.

Early in the morning her parents got up and went for a walk. Nuta woke up: there was nobody at home. She called her parents and they had already returned home.

«Why didn’t you take me with you? shouted Nuta angrily».

«You were sleeping, mother answers. We went to sleep on time, but you didn’t, so you overslept the walk.»

The next day father and mother put in front of Nuta a plate with soup, a glass of juice, a book with pictures and went to sleep.

«Stay with me, read me a fairy-tale», the girl started to cry, «I’m bored».

«No, we want to sleep» parents replied, «tomorrow we have to get up early, because we are going ice-skating.»

«And what about me? Can I go with you?»

«We are going very early, you will be asleep. If you don’t go to bed on time, you won’t be able to get up early».

Nuta started to jump and to shout:

«I want to go with you! Take me, please! Wake me up!»

But nobody was listening to her, because her parents went to bed.

So the girl shouted endless, but then she went to her bed, fell asleep, and early in the morning she woke up, made her bed, washed her face and got dressed. Then she ran to her parents’ room:

«Aha! You are still sleeping! I told you yesterday to go to sleep on time, so that you don’t oversleep.»

So Nuta learned how to go to bed on time. She became a good daughter of very smart and wise parents.
