The use of modern technologies in education: opportunities and advantages
In the modern world, the 21st century is often associated with rapid technological development. There is no doubt that technology plays a key role in human life. It has become not only an integral part of daily activities but also the foundation for economic growth. Today, an economy that does not use advanced technologies cannot be considered competitive. This is because technology simplifies human labor and allows people to accomplish more in less time. The impact of technology can be observed in many fields, but it is particularly evident in education.
According to recent research, the use of modern technology in education significantly improves the level of knowledge and interaction between students. Modern students, using computers and other tools, greatly enhance their level of education and interaction with each other. This also allows them to work in an interactive mode, opening up new scientific interests, and simplifying the transfer of knowledge. Digital technologies also contribute to the acceleration of human intelligence work in various fields of life. Today we will look at the impact of these technologies on the educational process and innovative processes in high schools, colleges, and universities.
The tasks of implementing modern technologies in the educational process can vary and depend on the specific subject and level of education. Let’s consider some tasks that may be relevant for students of different ages and areas of knowledge:

Modern educational technologies allow students to demonstrate their cognitive and creative activity during the learning process, which significantly enhances the quality of education. Through the use of such technologies, learning time becomes more efficiently utilized, and the proportion of reproductive activities of students decreases. This is achieved by reducing the time spent by the teacher in explaining educational material, as well as increasing the time allotted for completing various tasks.
In connection with the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standards (FGOS) for general education, educational institutions must comply with new requirements for the information and educational environment and educational and methodological support. One of the key approaches to improving the quality of education is the widespread use of specialized tools and electronic educational products, which provide access to any information related to the implementation of the basic educational program. These products not only contain multimedia materials but also provide various tools and services that help organize the learning process as a whole.
Digital resources are no longer just a source of knowledge in the school portfolio and classroom walls; they now acquire new didactic functions and become the basis for a modern educational environment that allows for open, activity-based, and personalized education. Interactive computer products have become one of the most effective educational tools capable of implementing a systemic-activity approach and personalizing education, as well as significantly increasing the effectiveness of organizing the educational process. It is especially important to use them in the field of physical education, as they can expand the informational learning space, provide variability of education and individualization of learning, as well as offer new forms of presenting educational material, its interactivity, and adaptability. Through interactive interaction of educational process participants in the process of studying the educational material, repetition, training, and control of their physical condition, learning becomes more effective and interesting. There are opportunities for correction of personal educational trajectory in the subject of «Physical Education» depending on the level of physical fitness.
Modern educational technologies, including informational ones, in the field of physical education are used to implement cognitive and creative activity of students in the educational process.
